Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned upto 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original packaging.

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Pack Your Return: Carefully package the item to avoid damage during shipping. Include any accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
- Ship the Item: Return the item using the shipping method of your choice. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us to initiate the process. You will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
